I was shocked to be
nominated for a
call centre 'oscar'.
I was ecstatic when I won.
I was nominated by a manager within the Peterborough centre. Several thousand people were put forward from the majority of call centres in Europe - insurance, media, and computer companies, police forces, banks and many more. And I won! I was named European Customer Service Representative for 2002. It was an opportunity I would never have dreamt of when applying to work for RSA and its something I'll never forget.
